Laurie Willey is the founder and visionary behind Perfect 10 Events LLC, a company dedicated to transforming gymnastics invitationals into unforgettable experiences by truly "creating the magic of the meet."
With more than two decades of experience in education, leadership, event planning, and in the sport of gymnastics, Laurie has built a career centered around inspiring others, creating meaningful experiences, and delivering excellence through exceptional organization and attention to detail.

A lifelong gymnast herself, Laurie grew up immersed in the sport and developed a deep understanding of what makes gymnastics competitions special for athletes, coaches, and families alike. Her passion for the sport evolved into a distinguished career as a highly respected gymnastics judge, officiating some of the nation's most prestigious competitions, including NCAA Regional Championships and USA Gymnastics Eastern Championships. This unique perspective gives her an unparalleled understanding of every aspect of hosting successful gymnastics events.

Professionally, Laurie holds a Master of Education from the University of New Hampshire and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education. Throughout her career as an educator and leader, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skills by designing and managing large-scale community events, coordinating school-wide programs, overseeing hundreds of participants and volunteers, and leading initiatives that foster collaboration, wellness, and community engagement.
